A well-established, privately owned healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at a mid-sized Skilled Nursing Facility located in Sarver, Pennsylvania . This facility is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and has been recently renovated , with strong CMS star ratings and a solid clinical support team already in place .
This is a wonderful new leadership opportunity for 2026 for a seasoned DON who enjoys being visible on the floor, stabilizing teams, and driving clinical excellence.
